Depth refers to how deep or shallow something is, typically measured vertically from its highest point down to its lowest point.
Picture yourself swimming in a pool - depth would be how far below the surface you are submerged. If you can touch your toes on tiptoes, the depth is shallow. If you can't reach the bottom even when fully stretched, the depth is deep.
Height: The vertical measurement from the base to the top of an object or shape.
Distance: The length between two points, which can be measured horizontally or vertically.
Altitude: The height above sea level or a reference point, often used in geography and aviation.
