Definition

Biases are preconceived opinions or beliefs that influence our judgment and decision-making. They can be conscious or unconscious and can affect how we perceive information.

Analogy

Biases are like colored glasses we wear without realizing it. They tint our view of the world and shape our understanding of things, sometimes distorting reality.
