An omnipotent narrator is a narrative voice that has complete knowledge and control over all aspects of the story. This narrator can see into the minds of multiple characters and knows everything happening within the fictional world.

Analogy

Think of an omnipotent narrator as a director of a movie. Just like the director knows everything happening on set and can show different perspectives, an omnipotent narrator has full control over the story and can provide insights into multiple characters.
