Hyperbole is an exaggerated statement or claim not meant to be taken literally. It adds emphasis and creates strong imagery for dramatic effect.
Ironía: Irony occurs when there's a contrast between what's expected and what actually happens. For example, saying "What lovely weather!" during a thunderstorm.
Aliteración: Alliteration refers to the repetition of consonant sounds at the beginning of words in close proximity. An example would be "Peter Piper picked a peck of pickled peppers."
Onomatopeya: Onomatopoeia refers to words that imitate sounds they represent. Examples include words like buzz, hiss, or boom.
