Values are the beliefs or standards that members of a culture hold in high regard, guiding their behavior and decisions. They serve as the foundation for understanding what is important, right, and worthwhile in a society.
Values in a culture are like the compass for a sailor; they provide direction and guide decisions on where to go, how to behave, and what actions are deemed acceptable or unacceptable within that society.
Norms: Norms are rules and expectations by which a society guides the behavior of its members, often based on underlying values.
Beliefs: Beliefs are convictions or acceptances that something exists or is true, especially without proof, forming the basis for values.
Culture: Culture encompasses the social behavior, norms, knowledge, beliefs, arts, laws, customs, capabilities, and habits of the individuals in these groups
