Beliefs are convictions or opinions we hold to be true, even without concrete evidence. They can be shaped by personal experiences, cultural influences, or religious teachings.
Picture beliefs as the lenses through which we see the world. Just like different lenses can alter how we perceive things visually, our beliefs shape how we interpret events and understand reality.
Assumptions: Unverified ideas or notions taken for granted when making judgments or forming opinions.
Convictions: Strongly held beliefs based on personal conviction rather than objective evidence.
Dogmas: Fixed beliefs or doctrines that are considered unquestionable within a particular ideology or religion.
